Sadly, I’m not as well versed in that character type because I’m not a fan of them but I have, interestingly enough, come across a few CDs……. some by accident, others because I’m oblivious to these things sometimes. These are ones I can vouch as being YANDERE and geared for the YANDERE at heart lol

I haven’t listened to any of these but they tend to lean towards the EXTREME side of yandere and are also R18… - Hitorijime
This isn’t R18 (though they come close at times holy wha) and can fluctuate between EXTREME or a little less depending on the CD. Some big name seiyuus are in the series too like Fujiwara Keiji and Tsuda Kenjirou!
These are series I have in my collection (or have seen enough of from others to know) that have popped up as YANDERE to me… I’m sure there’s plenty of other series out there though I can’t give an opinion on them myself, so watch this entry and hopefully some other people in the fandom can be kind enough to reblog with their recommendations as well!! - Osananajimi no Kare - Kuro Route !! - Has some really good creepy moments. (Love Hino Satoshi’s yandere voices.)
- Aisaresugite xx Sarechou vol. 3 - Trainer Stepbrother - The rest of the series is pretty good too… I just have a thing for a playful otouto character and being called “neesan” xD
- Yanero vol. 1 - Probably one of the few where the CD covers the relationship from start to “finish.” Nice relationship development with gradual hints of how the boyfriend “loves too much,” climaxing (pun possibly intended) with full on yandere if you choose the bad end. But he’s still slightly yandere in the good ending too.
- Yuushin-sama no Junan - Akuma ni Suuhai sa Reru he - You are a hero (yuushin-sama) and you meet a devil who claims to be a fan of yours. Of course, since we’re talking yandere, he also wants to keep you with him to admire forever.
- Sono Ai wa Yamai ni Itaru - Not actually one of my “top” favorites, but I think this wins most messed up yandere, due to the implications of the endings (that plural is a big hint). Don’t read spoilers and listen to the CDs in order (recommended order: Kanoe good -> Haruto good -> Kanoe bad -> Haruto bad) is all I can really say.
